At Duke's Mayo, we stand behind the quality of our signature spreads and merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable items and exchanges for damaged goods.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
For apparel and kitchenware, ensure items are unused and in original packaging; for damaged food items, please provide photo documentation.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
